Constant Level Lubricators

Constant Level Lubricators automatically maintain a fixed liquid level in a bearing housing or gear box using the liquid seal principle.  Constant Level Oilers can be used on sleeve bearings, anti-friction bearings, gear boxes, pump housings, ventilating fans and blowers, moistening pads, and any other application demanding the maintenance of a constant liquid level.

Constant Level Lubricators With Oil Level Sights automatically maintain a fixed liquid level in a bearing housing or gear box using the liquid seal principle.  These Constant Level Oilers feature a large sight for viewing liquid level and condition. Constant level lubricators can be used on sleeve bearings, anti-friction bearings, gear boxes, pump housings, ventilating fans and blowers, moistening pads, and any other application demanding the maintenance of a constant liquid level.

A stainless steel wire guard offers an extra level of protection for 9 oz. constant level lubricators located in exposed areas.  It diverts potential blows away from the glass or acrylic reservoir.  The American Petroleum Institute standard requires the use of such a protective guard for its centrifugal pumps.  The Oil-Rite wire guard installs securely by hand with no tools required.

Adjustable Constant Level Lubricators with Oil Level Sights automatically maintain a fixed liquid level in a bearing housing or gear box using the liquid seal principle.  The liquid level is adjustable to ±1/4” up or down.  These constant Level Oilers can be used on sleeve bearings, anti-friction bearings, gear boxes, pump housings, ventilating fans and blowers, moistening pads, and any other application demanding the maintenance of a constant liquid level.
