• Levelux Category Reservoir

Levelux is patent-pending technology by Oil-Rite Corporation.  Motion activated LED lighting illuminates the reservoir contents, alerting maintenance personnel to the presence of a source of lubricant.  Any clear view reservoir or oiler (made with polypropylene end plates) 9 oz. and larger can be factory equipped with Levelux.

  • B5166-128AB4GW_Green Color Key Reservoir 1gal .5

Color Key Reservoirs are also called oil cups and use gravity to dispense liquid.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir of an oiling system.  This oiler features an acrylic or Pyrex (glass) reservoir. The lightweight and durable endplates are made from red, blue, green or yellow polypropylene. Maximum fluid visibility is achieved by eliminating the center post common to many reservoirs.

Polycarbonate Reservoirs, or Oil Cups, use gravity to dispense liquid.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir of an oiling system.  Durable, shatterproof polycarbonate reservoirs have polypropylene bases and withstand temperatures up to 225° F. They feature a cap that swivels out of the way for easier filling, while remaining attached to the reservoir.

  • A5409-1

Easy-Fill Polycarbonate Reservoirs use gravity to dispense liquid.  The units can be directly mounted to bearing housings, gear boxes, or transmissions.  The shatterproof construction of the reservoir makes it suitable for rugged industrial applications and safe to use in areas where glass is restricted.

  • B2747-16

Square Polycarbonate Reservoirs use gravity to dispense liquid.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir of an oiling system.

  • B4466-032AV4W Oil Cup Reservoir Clear View

Acrylic Reservoirs, or Oil Cups, use gravity to dispense liquid.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir of an oiling system.  These durable reservoirs withstand temperatures up to 160° F.

Lubricators are available with or without a center post.  Units described with a “clear view” style have a lightweight, durable design that allows maximum fluid visibility by eliminating the center tie rod.

Clear View design is patent pending.

  • YB3186 Oil Cup w Filter Category

Reservoirs or Oil Cups with Filters use gravity to dispense liquid.  The units can be directly mounted to bearing housings, gear boxes, or transmissions.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir of an oiling system.  These reservoirs feature a filter located near the outlet to help maintain liquid quality.

  • B3177 Category Image

Reservoirs with Filter and Low Level Safety Switch use gravity to dispense liquid.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir of an oiling system.  They allow visual observation of liquid level and clarity.  This lubricator features a filter and low level safety switch that can be used to actuate warning devices or shut off a machine when lubricant levels become too low.  It is available in acrylic or Pyrex.

  • B2886 Category Image

Wall Mounting Acrylic Reservoirs dispense liquid by gravity.  They are designed to serve as central reservoirs of oiling systems.  These reservoirs are available with or without filters.

  • B995-3

Horizontal Reservoirs dispense liquid by gravity.  They are designed to serve as central reservoirs of oiling systems and are available in acrylic and Pyrex.  Horizontal Reservoirs permit the use of large volumes of liquid without a significant change in head pressure, allowing a more consistent flow from the outlet.  Flow is controlled with a shutoff valve.  The units are surface mounted.

  • Steel Dispenser Airbrush

Steel Reservoirs dispense liquid by gravity.  They are designed to serve as a central reservoir in an oiling system. Drains are extended with pipes at a 90° angle to allow easy access.  A liquid level gage allows visual check of the liquid level at a glance.

  • B3109-1 Right View

Pressurized Grease Reservoirs use compressed air to maintain a pressure of 100 PSI or less on the grease supply.  These units feature a built in air regulator and pressure gauge for easy adjustment.  The fiberglass and aluminum reservoir has a safety relief valve set at 120 PSI to prevent over-pressurization.  A zerk grease fitting allows the reservoir to be filled quickly and easily.

  • B5191-1 Sediment Bowl

This collection cup serves a variety of purposes in monitoring the integrity of fluid stored in tanks, gear boxes, and other equipment housings.  It connects to a drain port beneath or on the side of the reservoir.  Releasing fluid into the sediment bowl allows for the following:
    • Visual inspection of the fluid
    • Removal of water and contaminants that settle at the bottom of the reservoir
    • Sample collection for further analysis
The contents can be drained through a needle valve at the bottom of the sediment bowl.  It is available in 3 oz. and 5 oz. capacities.

  • A4615 Category

Polycarbonate Bottles are transparent, stain-resistant and extremely durable.  The containers have large screw-on polypropylene caps for easy filling and emptying. A Buna-N o-ring creates a leak tight seal between the reservoir and cap.  Indentations in the bottle help ensure a secure grip for handling.  These containers are available in sizes ranging from 1 ounce to 1/2 gallon.

Polycarbonate bottles can be used for storage purposes, lab experiments, shipping parts or liquids, oil dispensing, retaining chemical or medical samples, and many other applications.  The sturdy clear bottle allows visual checking from any angle.  The material is receptive to being identified with adhesive labels, silk screen, or markers.

These bottles withstand a maximum pressure of 15 PSI and tolerate temperatures from -40° F to 225° F.
