PurgeX - Air Operated - With 2 Liquid and Air Connections


This PurgeX features air and liquid inlets on two sides, allowing multiple PurgeX units to be connected with tubing.  This results in the ability to link lubrication points over a long distance using a single air supply and liquid source.  The liquid delivery per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .012 cubic inches.

PurgeX - Motor Operated


Motor Operated PurgeX are ideal for applications where compressed air is not available or where direct interface to machine controls is desired.  It is operated by an electric motor powered by 120V/60Hz or 24VDC (other voltages and frequencies are available upon request). Lubrication cycles can be easily synchronized with machine operation.  The volume of output is adjustable between 0 to .009 cu. in.  It is available with up to 4 feeds.

Purgex Spray Dispensing - Air Operated


This PurgeX is operated with compressed air between 40 to 120 PSI.  Each feed has an integral coaxial spray nozzle that is flexible yet rigid enough to allow for precise positioning.  Lubricant and air mix at the spray nozzle tip to atomize the fluid.  No additional air supply or separate air regulator is required, making this a highly efficient spray method.  The liquid delivery per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .012 cubic inches.  It is available with up to 6 feeds.

Purgex Ultra-Micro Output


Ultra-Micro Output PurgeX has the ability to deliver extremely fine, precise amounts of lubricant with each cycle.  It has the same characteristics as standard PurgeX, but uses a smaller diameter piston.  This results in a very fine degree of control over a greatly reduced output volume.  It is particularly adept for use with near-dry machining.  Precise volumetric delivery is achieved with the positive displacement design.  The liquid delivery per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .0012 cubic inches.
