Gravity Lubricators

Gravity Lubricators are frequently used for chain lubrication. This reduces friction, minimizes wear, stretch, and corrosion, and can even reduce power consumption.  Gravity oilers typically consist of a brush, reservoir, and adjustable precision needle valve to control the flow rate.  They are toggle or solenoid operated.

Levelux Category Reservoir

Levelux Gravity Lubricators

Levelux gravity lubricators illuminate the liquid inside the reservoir with an LED light.  The light is motion activated and battery operated.  It is available in a variety of lubricators with a 9 oz. or larger capacity.
Photo-Color Key Compilation

Color Key Gravity Lubricators

Color Key Lubricators feature an acrylic or Pyrex (glass) reservoir. The lightweight and durable endplates are made from red, blue, green, or yellow polypropylene.  Maximum fluid visibility is achieved by eliminating the center post common to many reservoirs.
Electro Chain Compilation

Electro Chain Lubricators

Electro Chain Lubricators (with brushes) are especially suitable for intermittent operations.  Lubrication occurs when the solenoid is activated and the chain moves through the brush.  Electro Chain Oilers are available with several different brush options, reservoir materials, capacities, and voltages/frequencies.  Narrow the options by selecting the style of brush.

Manual Chain Compilation

Manual Chain Lubricators

Manual Chain Lubricators (with brushes) are ideal for continuous operation.  Liquid is dispensed through the brush onto the chain.  Flow from the reservoir can be turned on or off with a toggle switch.  Manual Chain Oilers are available with several different brush options, reservoir materials and capacities.  Narrow the options by selecting the style of brush.

Single Feed Electric Oiler Group

Single Feed Electro Lubricators

Single Feed Electro Lubricators are especially suitable for intermittent operations.  They are commonly used with shank brushes and are also called "Shank Brush Dispensers".  Lubrication occurs when the solenoid is activated.  Flow from the reservoir is regulated by the sight feed valve.  Single Feed Electro Oilers are available in sizes from as small as an ounce to 1 gallon.  Select from polycarbonate, acrylic, or Pyrex (glass) reservoir.

Single Feed Manual Oiler Group

Single Feed Manual Lubricators

Single Feed Manual Lubricators are ideal for continuous operations.  They are commonly used with shank brushes and are also called "Shank Brush Dispensers".  Liquid is dispensed when the oiler is turned on with a toggle shutoff.  An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate.  These lubricators are available in sizes from as small as 1 ounce to as large as 1 gallon.  Select from polycarbonate, acrylic, or Pyrex (glass) reservoir.

Multiple Feed Electric Oiler Group Image

Multiple Feed Electro Lubricators

Multiple Feed Electro Lubricators supply oil from a central reservoir to as many as 24 lubrication points.  The flow rate to each outlet is separately regulated with a sight feed valve.  The solenoid allows for intermittent operation.  These oilers are available in several capacities in polycarbonate, acrylic, and Pyrex (glass).

Brushes (All) Compilation

Shank Brushes

Shank Brushes encompass a variety of shapes, sizes, bristle material, and mounting configurations.  They are attached directly to a chain lubricator or supply line where oil flow is regulated by an existing valve.  For regulation at the brush itself, see "Valve Brushes".
Full Flow Electric Oiler Group

Full Flow Electro Dispensers

Full Flow Electro Dispensers supply oil to a lubrication point which is typically regulated by a sight feed valve (e.g., a valve brush).  The solenoid allows for intermittent operation.  These oilers are available in several capacities in polycarbonate, acrylic, and Pyrex (glass).

Full Flow Manual Oilers Group

Full Flow Manual Dispensers

Full Flow Manual Dispensers supply oil to a lubrication point which is typically regulated by a sight feed valve (e.g., a valve brush).  Flow can be turned on or off at the toggle switch.  These oilers are available in several capacities in polycarbonate, acrylic, and Pyrex (glass).

Valve Brush Compilation

Valve Brushes

Valve brushes are available in various shapes, sizes, bristle material, and mounting configurations.  A sight feed valve comes attached to the valve brush to regulate the flow of oil at the lubrication point.  For replacement brushes or lubrication lines controlled by an upstream valve, see "Shank Brushes".
