Ultra-Micro Output PurgeX has the ability to deliver extremely fine, precise amounts of lubricant with each cycle. The volume of output per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .0012 cubic inches. An integral grease reservoir is connected directly to the unit. A spring inside the reservoir ensures that the grease reaches the inlet. Each feed features an integral coaxial spray nozzle that is flexible yet rigid enough to allow for precise positioning. Lubricant and air mix at the nozzle tip to atomize the fluid. There is a separate needle control for air flow to the nozzle. No additional air supply or separate air regulator is required, making this a highly efficient spray method.
