This PurgeX is operated with compressed air between 40 to 120 PSI.  The volume of output is adjustable between 0 to .012 cu. in.

  • B3352-101

This PurgeX features air and liquid inlets on two sides, allowing multiple PurgeX units to be connected with tubing.  This results in the ability to link lubrication points over a long distance using a single air supply and liquid source.  The liquid delivery per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .012 cubic inches.

This PurgeX is operated with compressed air between 40 to 120 PSI.  Each feed has an integral coaxial spray nozzle that is flexible yet rigid enough to allow for precise positioning.  Lubricant and air mix at the spray nozzle tip to disperse grease in a round pattern.  No additional air supply or separate air regulator is required, making this a highly efficient spray method.  The grease delivery per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .012 cubic inches.

This PurgeX is operated with compressed air between 40 to 120 PSI. It features a 1.5 oz grease reservoir that is connected directly to the unit.  The grease delivery per cycle is adjustable between 0 to .012 cubic inches.

This PurgeX is operated with compressed air between 40 to 120 PSI.   Lubricant and air mix at the spray nozzle tip to disperse grease in a round pattern.  No additional air supply or separate air regulator is required, making this a highly efficient spray method.  A 1 ½ oz grease reservoir is connected directly to the unit.  The output is adjustable between 0 to .012 cu. in. per cycle.

This PurgeX is ideal for applications where compressed air is not available or where direct interface to machine controls is desired.  It is operated by an electric motor.  A 1 ½ oz grease reservoir is connected directly to the unit.  The volume of output is adjustable between 0 to .009 cubic inches per cycle.

Ultra-Micro Output Air Operated Spray PurgeX for Liquid or Grease has the ability to deliver extremely fine, precise amounts of lubricant with each cycle.  It has the same characteristics as standard PurgeX, but uses a smaller diameter piston.  This results in a very fine degree of control over a greatly reduced output volume.  It is particularly adept for use with near-dry machining.  Precise volumetric delivery is achieved with the positive displacement design.

Pressurized Grease Reservoirs use compressed air to maintain a pressure of 100 PSI or less on the grease supply.  These units feature a built in air regulator and pressure gauge for easy adjustment.  The fiberglass and aluminum reservoir has a safety relief valve set at 120 PSI to prevent over-pressurization.  A zerk grease fitting allows the reservoir to be filled quickly and easily.
