Standard Aluminum Liquid Level Gages are made of corrosion and rust resistant milled aluminum.  The end pieces are permanently secured through a staking process.  Fluid enters through the cross hole in the hollow lower bolt and is communicated back into the tank through the cross hole in the hollow top bolt.

Aluminum Liquid Level Gages with Dial Thermometers are for any application requiring visual indication of both liquid level and liquid temperature.  The large stainless steel thermometer displays 0 ° F (-20° C) to 250° F (120° C).  The gages are made of corrosion and rust resistant milled aluminum.  The end pieces are permanently secured through a staking process.  Fluid enters through the cross hole in the hollow lower bolt and is communicated back into the tank through the cross hole in the hollow top bolt.

Aluminum Liquid Level Gages with Card Thermometers are for any application requiring visual indication of both liquid level and liquid temperature.  The red fluid indicator on the card thermometer allows temperature to be easily viewed.  These gages can be used to view liquid levels and temperatures in hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs.  The length between the center of the two bolts is referred to as the center line.  The distance between the center of the tank holes must be within 1/32” of the center line measurement.  This gage is available with centerlines from 3" to 36".

These Aluminum Liquid Level Gages feature shutoff stems that can be adjusted to stop fluid flow into the gage.  This can be used as a precautionary measure if breakage is a concern.  Should the gage need to be replaced, the plated steel hex nuts unscrew from the front and the gage can be removed without draining the tank.  Once a gage has been placed back onto the bolts and secured with hex nuts, the shut off valves can be opened and the gage will resume normal function.

These gages can be used to view liquid levels in hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs.  Their use can be extended to many industrial liquid level viewing applications.
