Polycarbonate reservoirs tolerate temperatures up to 225° F and feature a cap that swivels out of the way for easier filling, while remaining attached to the reservoir.  They are available in 2 1/2 ounce to 1 quart capacities. 

Acrylic reservoirs tolerate temperatures up to 160° F.  They are available in 1 pint to 1 gallon capacities.

Pyrex (glass) reservoirs tolerate temperatures up to 225° F.  They are available in 1 quart and 1/2 gallon capacities.
