Streamlined Package

This Hydracision^® package features a standard 2 liter clear polycarbonate reservoir.  Larger steel reservoirs with 4, 12, and 20 liter capacities are available.  It is for use with 10 to 80 wt. oil.  Synthetic fluids require use of a steel reservoir or a translucent 2 liter polypropylene reservoir.  The reservoir housing contains the gear pump motor, which pressurizes the outlet for uniform fluid distribution.  A 7/8” diameter hole provides access to the 120V/60Hz wiring (230V/50 Hz and 24 VDC models are also available). A PLC with a backlit programmable display allows selection of lubrication cycles.   A green light flashes when the pump is priming and lights when the pump is cycling.  A low level switch prevents operation when the oil supply is depleted.  A red light flashes when the oil level is low and lights when the low oil level shuts down the system.  A pressure gauge at the outlet provides visual confirmation of the hydraulic cycle. A swing-away filler cap houses a removable 40 mesh strainer to help maintain liquid quality.
