PurgeX Quick Pack Lubrication Systems are reliable, economical, compact and easy to install.  Quick Packs feature 1 or more patented PurgeX pumps with a 3-way solenoid, easy to fill polycarbonate reservoir, and programmable cycle timer.  The complete centralized lubrication system is secured on a galvanized steel mounting plate that will fit into a standard 12” X 12” X 6” electrical enclosure.  The system requires only compressed air, electricity, and lubricant to begin operation.

PurgeX “Ready to Go” Lubrication Systems are reliable, economical, and easy to install.  These systems feature patented PurgeX pumps with a 3-way air solenoid, easy-to-fill polycarbonate reservoir, and programmable cycle timer.  The lubrication system is housed in a compact hinged-door Nema 12 enclosure, with the durable external reservoir allowing visual observation of the liquid level.  The system requires only compressed air, electricity, and lubricant to begin operation.  PurgeX pumps provide precise liquid delivery, reducing excess environmental contaminants as well as costs and hazards associated with wasted fluid.

PurgeX Infrared Sensing Lubrication Systems utilize sensing technology to achieve a high level of precision when oiling chains. Lubrication of critical areas of the chain at critical times prolongs chain life, reduces waste, minimizes contamination, and improves safety.  These systems are equipped with 1 to 12 patented PurgeX pumps, a 3-way air solenoid, infrared photo sensor, and programmable logic device.  The entire unit is housed in a compact, hinged-door NEMA 12 enclosure.  It requires only compressed air, electricity, and lubricant to begin operation. 

Targeted Lubricant Delivery

Both high speed and low speed chains can pose a challenge for lubrication.  The situation can be further complicated by fluctuating chain speeds.  Continuous application of oil tends to saturate the open areas of the link, with only a portion of the lubricant reaching the critical friction area at the pin.  The infrared signal helps identify the position of the pin as the chain is moving.  The cycling of the lubrication pump is synchronized with the sensor, placing the oil directly on the targeted area.

Scheduled Lubrication Cycles

The PLC utilizes the signal from the sensor to count chain links.  This provides the ability to lubricate the chain during one compete rotation without overlap.  It also allows the PLC to be programmed to lubricate only after a specific number of chain rotations.

PurgeX Infrared technology is excellent for any application requiring precise lubrication, and is especially suitable for high speed applications.  Specific uses include general purpose automation; conveyors, robotics, packaging, paper, printing, folding, gluing, and binding machines, food industries, food and beverage filling, assembly equipment, textile, chemical, petroleum, marine and lumber manufacturing.

PurgeX Circulating Oil Systems are easy to use, reliable and compact.  The unit provides means for dripping oil over gears, bearings, crankshafts, etc. with the intent of collecting and re-using the fluid.  It is ideal for small volume applications where excessive heat build-up is not a concern.  It can be used with bearings, motors, fans, rolling mills, presses, pumps, compressors, gears, generators and a variety of other applications.  The PurgeX Circulating Oil System is operated with 1 to 4 motor driven PurgeX pumps.  The pumps cycle small, precise amounts of lubricant at frequent intervals.  The fluid is recovered by means of gravity and is subject to passive heat loss as it circulates back to the reservoir. 

PurgeX Multi-Point Precision Grease Lubrication Systems are reliable, economical, and easy to install.  These systems feature 4 to 42 patented PurgeX pumps with a 3-way air solenoid, 1/2 gallon pressurized grease reservoir and programmable cycle timer.  The complete lubrication system is mounted on a galvanized steel plate.  The system requires only compressed air, electricity, and lubricant to begin operation. 

New PurgeX® Sub Zero™ Lubricator can deliver very small amounts of lubricant with each cycle of the pump at storage temperatures ranging from -40 to 158°F. These unique features along with Oil-Rite PurgeX® injector pumps will reduce fluid usage, help minimize potential accidents and contamination due to over lubrication. The Sub Zero™ Lubricator helps reduce lubrication expenses up to 60%. Electrical source requirement: 100-240 VAC 50/60Hz.
