These dependable, compact Spray Valves are for use with Air Operated Spray Dispensers.  The amount of liquid sprayed is adjustable from a fine spray, invisible to the eye, to a coarse spray.  Spray valves can be used for lubrication of chains, cables, gears, punches, dies, drills, taps, reamers, milling cutters, grinding wheels, sheet stock, die casting molds, applying liquid to food products, water to embossing rolls of paper machinery, and many other applications.

This Spray Valve is made of aluminum alloy with a brass liquid nozzle.  The tamperproof adjustment is brass and plated steel (tamperproof is also available).  Buna-N seals are used.  An extra-fine needle valve is used to meter or shut off the flow of liquid.  Liquid is sprayed in a round pattern (a flat pattern is also available).  This spray valve has a 1/8” female NPT liquid inlet and a 1/8” female NPT air inlet.

Any liquid that flows can usually be sprayed, up to 1000 SSU viscosity at 100° F.  The unit tolerates temperatures up to 225° F.  It operates with air and liquid pressures of 5 PSI minimum to 20 PSI maximum.  The nozzle is designed to create a controlled spray, minimizing unwanted fogging.

The unit has a 1 1/16” hex and a maximum length of 2 11/16”. There are (2) 8-32 threaded holes for mounting.
