Sight Feed Valves with Toggle Shutoffs allow visual observation of the liquid stream.  An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. The flow rate can be adjusted from an extremely low drop rate to a stream. Liquid is dispensed when the valve is turned on with a toggle shutoff (using the toggle does not affect the metering adjustment).  These valves are especially useful when small quantities of liquid are needed. Their use can be extended to any application requiring adjustable, visible flow control.

Drop feeding can be observed through the glass viewing window in the valve body.  The solid gasket design is used with a sealed pressure system (vented designs are also available), withstanding up to 125 PSI inlet to drip nozzle pressure.  The valves feature an aluminum alloy valve body, plated steel components, glass sight, Buna-N seals, and a 1/8" diameter port. Total height of the valve is

 2 13/16”.

This sight feed valve is suitable for temperatures up to 225° F.
