Oil-Rite manufactures Lubrication Systems specifically to customer requirements.  All systems are engineered, designed, manufactured and fully tested at Oil-Rite.  This is an example of a custom built Circulating Oil System.

This Circulating Oil System has a pump providing 2.7 GPM at 20 PSI.  The 1/3 HP, 1725 RPM, TEFC motor is operated by single phase power at 115/230V 60Hz.

A suction strainer located near the inlet filters out larger debris.  A 23 micron filter near the outlet helps to further maintain liquid quality.  A differential pressure gage is provided to monitor circulation and can be wired to signal an alarm caused by high levels of filter contamination.

This Circulating Oil System features an air cooled heat exchanger to help regulate liquid temperature.  A stainless steel dial thermometer displays 0 to 250°F.

Additional controls include:

·          A check valve located at the system outlet to ensure fluid flows in only one direction.

·          A cast iron bypass relief valve used to set system output pressure, adjustable from 7 to 35 PSI.

·          A pressure gage displaying 0-60 PSI

·          A NEMA 4X enclosed temperature switch adjustable from 75° to 205° F.

All Circulating Oil Systems are quoted specifically to customer requirements.  Pricing can be determined only after the Circulating Oil System Request Form (found on this page) is completed.  Contact the bearing manufacturer for information on the flow rate and fluid required.

Delivery is dependent upon supplier availability, lead times range from 4 to 10 weeks.
