Multiple Sight Feed Valves allow visual observation of the liquid stream, with the volume of flow controlled by an adjustable precision control needle valve. These units are especially suitable for lubricating inaccessible spaces and widely separated points. They are principally used on gravity or pressure lubricating systems in a variety of industries such as chemical mining, paper, agricultural, marine, woodworking, and textile.  The sight feed valves can also be used to lubricate equipment like pumps, compressors, machine tools, bearings, seals, punch presses and rollers. Their use can be extended to any application requiring adjustable, visible flow control.

The simple-to-use modular design allows the compact unit to be changed by stacking valves together.  Additional valves are readily available (part no. B3151-01B12GW).

The sight feed valve is suitable for temperatures up to 225° F. The valve sight chambers withstand up to 125 PSI inlet to orifice pressure.  The solid gasket design is used with a sealed pressure system (vented designs are also available).  The valves feature an aluminum alloy valve body, glass sights, Buna-N seals, and a 1/16" diameter port.

A pipe plug is provided on each end of the unit.  The end fittings can be removed and replaced on the outermost valves if additional valves are attached.  There is a central 1/8” female NPT inlet, and each valve features a 1/4” OD tube outlet. Total height of the unit is 3 11/16” and total length is 19 1/2”.
