Liquid Level Gages

Vented Steel Gages are available in short elbow, long elbow, union coupling, and straight configurations.  The glass sights feature a red line on a white background to enhance liquid level visibility.  The leak proof construction, large vent hole and unrestricted passages permit fast and accurate liquid level response.  These Liquid Level Gages can be used on oil bearings, gear boxes, crank cases, transformers, switches or any application requiring visual indication of liquid level.

Aluminum Liquid Level Gages are made of corrosion and rust resistant milled aluminum.  The end pieces are permanently secured through a staking process.  Fluid enters through a cross hole in the hollow lower bolt. The gage is vented into the tank through the top bolt.  The length between the center of the two bolts is referred to as the center line.  Centerline measurements range from 3” to 36”.  These gages are available in a standard model, with dial thermometer, with card thermometer and with shutoffs.  Liquid Level Gages can be used on hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs.  Their use can be extended to any industrial liquid level viewing application.  

Steel Liquid Level Gages feature a red line on a white background to enhance liquid level visibility.  These gages are available in a standard configuration, with an easy-to-read dial thermometer, or shut-off stems.  Fluid enters through the cross hole in the hollow lower bolt.  The gage is vented into the tank through the top bolt.  The length between the center of the two bolts is referred to as the center line.  Centerlines are available from 3" to 60".  These gages can be used on hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs.  Their use can be extended to many industrial liquid level viewing applications.

Vented Filler Gages feature a large diameter and hinge lid, making them ideal for filling.  These durable units have an acrylic sight with aluminum and plated steel components.  The gages can be used to view liquid levels on oil bearings, gear boxes, crank cases, transformers, switches and various other applications. 

Drum Gages with Faucets can be used to determine the level and condition of liquids stored in steel drums. Oils, solvents, chemicals, water, and many other fluids may be used with the Drum Gage.  Drum Gages are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and provide instant visual checks with extreme accuracy. The normally closed (off)brass faucet allows fluids to be released at will.  It can be locked as an additional safety feature.
